A $25–$50 deposit is required to secure your appointment (New Clients Only) and will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to show up for an appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service total. In such cases, either the deposit will be retained or 50% of the service amount will be charged—whichever is applicable. For existing clients with prepaid packages, a $50 fee will be charged to the card on file in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being canceled and treated as a no-show.
